Myth:

The sun could magically help acne disappear. People in the old days believe that acne has these characteristics things you might consider earlier in your life. In fact, frequent washing may irritate the pores more, and they will be more clogged. Myth:

To clear up acne, you must wash your face. But if you combat it with a defence system against acne, you would be able to disprove the former theory.

How To Face The Problem If Your Face Is The Problem

You would prevent these unpleasant facial marks from returning. This program would take care of your body’s hormonal level to prevent your acnes. It would keep your skin clean and healthy free from that sticky and oily feeling. This is not just some typical product over the counter, but will guarantee to produce the best result for you. Divine Beauty

I used to live this Utopian life where each day was a day to discover myself and the beauty and wonder of life and living. My obligations were loving and co-creating with my children, with nature, with ideas and words, with luscious food, with clients and friends … on my time table. The gentleman whom I was seeing at the time (and still am-check out what he has to say at my website) used to appreciatively call me a “luxurious darling”. He was right; I felt like the lusciously vital subject of a famous 19th century painter, luxuriously reclined back on a divan with the sense of awe curling my tongue.

Our belief that the source of joy is material objects is full of illusion. If this belief were to be true all material pleasures would have given satiation to all mankind in an equal manner. Or else all of mankind would have attained eternal joy without a speck of sorrow by now. Today all over the world we find people who have amassed plenty of wealth and grandeur and yet their lives are full of despair, agony and hopelessness. These material objects (TV, computer, cars, aircrafts, AC, movies etc) do not help in alleviating their pain and sorrow in a permanent manner.

Cataracts – Causes and Treatment

Cataracts are very common in older people. Cataract can occur in either or both eyes. It cannot spread from one eye to the other. Cataracts may be present at or shortly after birth. These are called congenital cataracts. Cataracts are classified of three types permary is nuclear cataract is most commonly seen as it forms. This cataract forms in the nucleus, the center of the lens, and is due to natural aging changes. It cannot spread from one eye to the other.

Clouded vision can make it more difficult to read, drive a car especially at night or see the expression on a friend’s face. In fact, they are the leading cause of visual loss among adults 55 and older. Eye injuries, certain medications, and diseases such as diabetes and alcoholism have also been known to cause cataracts. Sometimes, protein clumps together, clouding small areas of the lens and blocking some light from reaching the retina. The rate of cataract progression can be unpredictable.

Cataracts can form in any area of the lens, and are characterized as one of three types: A nuclear cataract, the most common type, develops in the center of the lens as a natural part of aging, typically causing nearsightedness and blurred vision. Cortical cataract, common among diabetics, can adversely affect both distant and near vision, while subcapsular cataract may affect both eyes, but tends to be more advanced in one than in the other.

It is known by researchers that the young and healthy human eye contains high levels of a natural di-peptide antioxidant called L-carnosine. Scientists recently learned that the eyes of those who were developing cataracts, and other degenerative ocular diseases, were found to be extremely lacking in this particular, and essential, ocular antioxidant.

There are two fundamental approaches to this eye surgery. The first is called Phacoemulsification and is generally the preferred approach to cataract removal. It involves the use of sound waves to break up the cataract. Here’s how it works: a small incision is made on the side of the cornea, (the clear, dome-shaped surface that covers the surface of the eye).

One of the most common risks of cataract surgery is Endophthalmitis, which is an infection inside the eye. To help prevent this from happening, antibiotic eye drops are administered on the day of the surgery. In most cases, this procedure is all that is needed, but in some cases infection will occur. The statistics for post operative infection are 1 in 3000 surgeries.

The lens of the eye has a thin membranous outer layer. This is called the lens capsule. As with a discus there are two main surfaces to the lens capsule. The front surface is called the anterior capsule and the rear surface the posterior capsule. During modern cataract surgery a small piece of the anterior capsule is removed in order to gain access to the cloudy interior of the lens. The art of cataract surgery is to remove this cloudy inner lens material whilst preserving the posterior capsule that lies behind it.
